An accredited investor is an individual who meets specific financial criteria, such as having a net worth of over $1 million (excluding the value of their primary residence) or earning an annual income of over $200,000 ($300,000 with a spouse) for the past two years, with the expectation of earning the same or more in the current year.

No, our community is strictly for accredited investors. Non-accredited investors are not eligible to join due to regulatory and community standards designed to maintain a certain level of expertise and financial capability within the network

Yes, members are encouraged to introduce deals and investment opportunities to the community. We believe in leveraging the collective knowledge and networks of our members to discover and evaluate high-quality investments. However, all introduced deals are subject to a thorough vetting process to ensure they meet our standards and align with the community’s goals and interests. This helps maintain the integrity and quality of investment opportunities available to our members.

The initial base membership cost for the first 100 members will be $149/mo. This is early-bird pricing that's available only to the first 100 members. We will be increasing the price in rounds afterwards

No. Investor.net is a community where members examine and invest in deals together. Investor.net does not hold member money or invest on behalf of members.

These deals are typically alternative investments in debt, litigation finance, established businesses, etc. not early stage start ups. We believe there are already great organisations out there serving the angel investment community and instead, we strive to bring high quality deals in alternative asset classes where security and cashflow are more common characteristics.
